I had a very positive experience using my builder for the 1st time. Lewis Hendry was prompt to answer my request and gave me a quote for the work I posted. He arrived when he said he would and checked with me through out to see if I was happy with his work. On completion he tidied up and reassured me to call him if I had any problem, will use Lewis again on my next project I need a joiner. My job was finished in a timely fashion and I am very happy with the professional work he done

First contact made from Alan was great and quick. Price was fair so we decided to go with Alan (MJM Joinery). Date was chosen and after a few follow up messages also confirmed. The morning of the job another messages was sent by us to ask for the time the job would get done. Unfortunately the guy Alan wanted to send out and do the job got sick and sent home - happens! Then Alan said he'd give us an update on when they could arrange to get the job done . Didn't hear from him until after noon. Called again, Alan said he'd get something sorted for the afternoon. Never heard from him or the company ever since (even after trying to contact them several times). Shocking the way this has been dealt with. Just leaft us waiting and never replied to any messages/ calls. Would never book them again.
