New Very poor quality workmanship - Avoid I hired MBS Contractor-UK Ltd and the director, Marian, to build a small porch. Unfortunately, the quality of the work is extremely poor. As seen in the photos, the brickwork is uneven, messy, and lacks any professional finish. I am very disappointed with the final result and would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional job. Since my last message to Marian - I had no reply, no further communication.

The Job was to extend the rear of the house on the ground floor, open up the kitchen and reception room into one open plan living area, to refresh the rest of the house which included new plaster skim, doors and frames and to fit new bathrooms and kitchen as well as an rewire on the whole house and the construction of a retaining wall in the garden to accommodate the extension. Florins team were excellent from start to finish, the whole project was completed in record time to a very high standard. The 10 weeks turnaround was incredible, we were very happy that Florin was always here at the property or on the end of the phone throughout the process, his professional advice and smart ideas made for a smooth transition from room to room. The team were very hard working, polite and knowledgeable, these guys worked very hard and very quickly which was amazing to see and I was very grateful we were able to move into the property earlier than planned which even saved us money on the temporary accommodation we had! Can’t thank you enough Florin, any small issues we had were dealt with quickly and smoothly, I love the house, the level of work and would 100% use Florin and his team on my next project!

Bee Builders built a conservatory-style extension to our house. It measures 15ft x 9ft with uPVC windows and double doors with a metal, long life sloping roof with two skylights. The build was completed to a very high standard. Stefan and his team were extremely professional, polite and demonstrated amazing attention to detail. The garden was left clear of all rubbish and the build was completed on time at a very competitive price - 5 star performance🥂

One storey rear extension dining room, office room and downstairs shower suite built Sept-Dec 2020 Fantastic service. Competitive quote and were able to start as soon as I was ready. I was kept informed throughout the process and any additional work that was required (such as spotting a leaking pipe) was always discussed prior to any action being taken. They were employed to build my first floor extension however were also able to offer landscaping for my garden (at additional cost) I paid in weekly instalments across the period of the project with an upfront deposit for initial building materials. Overall the job took approx 9 weeks (inclement weather) would def use again.

They were outside my house by 7.30 every day without fail and and stayed until afternoon without going off anywhere else. Extremely well organised, approachable, friendly and clean. Darren's input was really helpful and he and his team got the work done quickly and efficiently; also couldn't believe how tidy they were, thought there was going to be mess everywhere! Amazing job, at a really good price and great communication throughout...can't recommend highly enough.
