Mike completed an installation and relocation of a new boiler and replacement of radiators. His work was of a high standard and competitively priced. Mike was tidy, turned up on time and kept me informed of his progress. It was obvious that he has a wealth of experience with plumbing and other areas such as bathroom install. Having spent previous weeks trying to get a number of local roofers first of all to come and look at the job; then they would come and look at the job but not provide a quote; it was a relief to find someone who not only saw the issue and was prepared to provide an immediate temporary solution and then return promptly to effect a full quality repair. Once Richard had uncovered the full extent of the problem he was keen to show me how close we had come to losing our roof. He, throughout the work, kept me informed of each step, each solution and the work in progress. He told me at the end of each day when he would be back the next day. He even advised me when it was necessary for him to take a (personal) half day. They worked together cleanly and efficiently. I now have a roof and dry verge which I can feel confident will be in place for many years to come. I can confidently recommend Richard.
