Hi my name is Nick Howard the owner of NJN developments, I run a small business with 3 employees covering all aspects of building. I started of completing a craft mason apprenticeship then went on to learn more about management and regulations in the building trade. I was employed by a local company for 16 years and went on to run my own company. All our jobs are completed by my employees giving me more control over quality of work and durations of jobs, we don't use outside trades who I know nothing about and don't know there standard of work. I have 2 sub contractors only and they are my electrician and plumber who I have now used for 4 years. I enjoy my work and satisfaction of giving my clients a quality job and as least stress to them as possible as building work on your home can be stressful so I always have that in mind. I take on all aspects of building extensions,new builds,renovations and small works jobs ie garden refurbishments, driveways and resin bound drive surfaces.

I have been a masonry builder for 30 years. When leaving my school education I Trained as an apprentice Bricklayer with advanced craft certified I have worked on building houses,large units, apartment blocks, chimneys, walls, garages, and constructed patios, anything that has masonry. I have worked abroad in Germany and Ireland using different styles and materials to work with and also worked using stone and stonemasonry. General building work is also considered.

I then started out as a bricklayer/stonemason an over the years i have also learnt the skils of plastering, carpentry, tiling, an many more to a high level.
