Not recommended at all. Nenad and his team caused lots of trouble in this project. What seemed professional at the beginning turned out to be a nightmare. He did not finish the project leaving the client with an unfinished home. Nenad also kept on constantly asking for more and more money since the very first day. The finishes are very poor quality, one of the poorest on the market. Besides he never reads the drawings which caused a lot of mistakes that the client had to pay for. Towards the end he abandoned the building site and did not refund the clients the money they were owed. In this project we all had to do a special effort because the building works started at the same time as our engagement as architects. We worked extremely hard to provide Sonex with the drawings on time and he still caused an endless delay always finding different excuses to not bring builders on site.
