We couldn’t be happier with the work Neil did on our new countertops! I reached out via MyBuilder and within 24 hours, Neil had responded. We quickly connected over WhatsApp to discuss details, and within a week everything was scheduled, quoted, and ready to go. The job itself was completed to an exceptional standard — two countertops fitted, old ones removed, plus all the plumbing for our new sink and tap. Neil handled everything seamlessly from start to finish. He was punctual, courteous, and incredibly professional — not to mention great company throughout the day! The quality of his craftsmanship speaks for itself, and the whole experience was stress-free and efficient. We’ll absolutely be using Newmax Facility Solutions again in the future.
