Mark was a true professional. He first contacted me to find out what I needed done. He then came around within the hrs to see how he could help, once I told him what was happening he found out what the problem was within minutes. We then discuss the best way forward and how much it would cost to rectify the problem.we agreed on a price, and when he could do the job,and because the job had to do with supply electric to my pond pump Mark really but him safe out to help me. He came today and was here on time with every thing that was needed to complete the job, I was very very impressed with how he worked, he was very pleasant and polite and very tidy when working. I would definitely recommend Mark too anyone, he is very good at his job.I would use him again ( Didn't miss out on a very good Electrocution try him you will not be sorry) Thank you Mark for a very good job. Best electrician that i could have chosen.Being by myself i was cautious as to whom i gave the work to but Alex was willing to give advice and be honest with what needed doing.Was very patient with waiting to do 2nd fix as work was very slow to be completed and had to change dates a few times.I would employ him again without having a second thought.

We had a extensive work done in the garden and Floyd was doing all the electrical work and lighting for us. We had border lighting around the whole area, step lights, we have two very large willow trees that Floyd managed to get lights to which now look fantastic as well as getting subtle lighting to the bridge which goes over a small stream. We are extremely happy with everything that Floyd did from quotation through to completion. Everything was always discussed with us first and any changes we made to the original plan was never a bother for Floyd. He kept us up to date of finances due to us changing things and was always very professional and extremely reliable. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend Floyd in the future.

The job was a high quality lunch restaurant fit out in central London. East Design and Build asked New Living Electrical to carry out an assessment of the works and provide a quotation. The quotation came in good time, was very comprehensive and reasonable. We commissioned New living to carry out the install in September 2015. Andrew and Graham were both a pleasure to work with and carried themselves with knowledge and professionalism. The project went without a hitch and New Living were able to carry out some extras that were requested by the customer. Once completed New living provided all the required documents. I would highly recommend New Living and look forward to working with them again.

He went above and beyond what we expected to find the mysterious fault that was tripping our electrics intermittently (which turned out to be our fridge), and did some extra work while he was here.
