Very professional, gave regular updates as to progress of work and any concerns around delays. Provided a clear and accurate estimate for price of works. He was very polite, friendly and always on time. Cleaned up and left the place spotless, even going so far as to clean the whole patio afterwards. He was very professional and answered all my questions in details for someone who'd never had building works done. He provided suggestions and was clear in what could and couldn't be achieved.
