We had single storey extension with new kitchen, utility and downstairs toilet. This included removing chimney breast and internal walls. We also had a new bathroom upstairs which was reconfigured to include a shower. We were really pleased with Lee and the work he has performed. Lee was committed to our job and didn’t have other projects so he was very reliable and communicated with us daily. When you are investing large sums of money there is a nervousness but we felt we could trust Lee, he was also accommodating when we changed our minds on things. We would recommend Lee and Whitworth building for the work they performed and the trust built over the weeks of the building work.

Rob liaised with our architect (and Building Regs) from the start and did a lot of the legwork on our behalf. He gave came out and gave us a thorough quote and breakdown, which he stuck to throughout. Rob gave us a daily run through of where the job had got to and he was always happy to try and accomodate any changes or additions we wanted along the way. Rob's whole team were friendly, respectful and easy to have around the house, and great with our 3 young kids too! All in all, the kids love their new rooms and we couldn't be happier with the job. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob and the Belmax team.
