This company ticked all the boxes. It didn't just send the standard response but a warm, friendly, reassuring message, detailing time scale, projected costs, the "what ifs. It was also genuinely local which gave me added peace of mind because while some of the others worked locally they were not based locally. As someone recently bereaved this was a big leap of faith for me, a project I long wanted to undertake but couldn't as a carer - and now I had to deal with grief too. The predominantly 2-man team were a joy to be around, they kept me informed, did their utmost to reduce the impact upon me, as I stayed put, cleaned up afterwards and helped me keep grief at bay via the power of - banter! Fred, the Jedi sparks, was patient with my endless questioning and yet still completed in 4 days! Ty, 17, shows wisdom beyond his years; I think he'll go far. He even pretended to tolerate my coffee. Rewiring is not to be taken lightly but I'd take this team on again in a heartbeat.

Extremely pleased with job. Power went off Wednesday night. Company I originally hired did not turn up on either the Thursday or Friday. At 12.00 I put a request on My Builder. Within 30 mins had received a message that they could support. 2 hours later JCSC phoned me and talked through actions required to get my power back on, which they did. Problem was the cooker. Came first thing Monday morning as promised. Unsure where the fault lay, so contacted 2 colleagues who were there in minutes. After their diagnostic they came up with a solution and the cooker was working. Really impressed with the attitude and hard work they put in to solve my problem. Would absolutely recommend this company. Thorough and extremely good rate. Thank you

Wasn't a easy job Damien had to fix a power fault before fitting the drop lights. He found the perfect replacement lights for me which where pretty cool. As they came with changeable light settings, which he shown me how easy it was to change. Fitted new light switch and replaced new extractor fan as well. Thanks

Jack and his team arrived on time, they were all very nice people. They fitted outside lights 4 additional sockets inside plus a new kitchen light and ethernet cable. They were all very professional, there was a fair bit of work to do and even in the pouring rain they carried on regardless and they left the areas where they done the work clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Jack and his team if you need any electrical work doing and we will be definately using them again if we need anymore work doing in the future.
