Unreliable. Bullying. Let us down twice on the day due to start. Gave a different excuse to the tenant to the one he gave me. Requested payment of the balance (about half already paid) within an hour of packing up, although he had not completed all the work on the quote. Texted to say I would pay when all work finished. He phoned, shouting at me, claiming that the final job on the quote was free, even though there was only a total for the full quote. I held back £100. He hasn't been back to finish the job and is ignoring requests for an invoice and receipt. Danny and Dan did very good job of pointing two elevation of my house. The price was very competitive. They were pleasant lads and worked quickly. One area of work we discussed as access was blocked by the scaffolding. A compromise was agreed. One minor complaint being the clean up. It could have been better. I am reliable and my prices are always fair and competitive. I also give free quotes and advice. We are happy to provide quotes for full extensions, gable ends, garden walls, conservatories and new builds.
Job was sorted within two weeks. Great communication from Craig, arranged to visit the job within 24 hours of posting on this website, turned up when he said he would, assessed the job and quoted a reasonable price. Arranged to contact me within the week when there was availability (it was only a small job so I was happy to be slotted in around other jobs), gave me 24 hr notice and again turned up when he said they would. No fuss on the day, just got on with the job and was completed within a few hours. Polite person (one of Craig’s team), explained to me what he had done and showed care for the age of the property. All in all, can’t fault Craig and his team. This is one of those simple and effective completion of one of those small jobs that I’ve taken ages to getting around to fixing. Great communication, care on the job and happy that Craig came to see the job before quoting. My neighbour has already commented how much better it looks. Would definitely recommend and use again.

As far as my work is concerned, both myself and my foreman, whom I have worked with since I was 16 years old, pride ourselves to our attention to detail in everything we do. In over 30 years of working in the building trade, I am very proud of the fact that no-one has ever criticised our work.
Job was completed to a high standard with a minimum of fuss and mess - very happy with the outcome. Superb!!! Drew has done a fantastic job of repointing the front of our house! He turned up on time everyday, did a proper and thorough job, grinded old cement out to a good depth and redid very tidily without getting cement on the brick faces. Despite it being a messy job to do, he was always tidy and organised and he was well priced. We will be using him for work in the near future and recommending to family and friends.
