Our cold and damp spare room has recently been transformed into an cosy and modern home office by Lunesdale Building Solutions. It was a big job, as the room had a mezzanine and had multiple issues that needed to be addressed, including damp caused by a leaking chimney. Seth was friendly and helpful, and talked me through the best options of what needed to be done. The list of works carried out were: *installed insulated plaster boards to the ceiling *Plastered the ceiling *Re-pointed the chimney *Constructed and installed a flat-packed spiral staircase that I had purchased *Measured and Installed a bespoke balustrade from timber and frosted glass Seth and his colleagues have been punctual and professional throughout the whole process, and me and my wife are really appreciative of their great work.
