Carl was very helpful from first contact until completion of the job. Friendly, yet very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Open and honest about how to deal with the issue which was very much appreciated. Located the problem and fixed very quickly and efficiently, even finding the time to fix up a new light fitting for me. Very polite and friendly throughout. Would definitely use again and I highly recommend him. Costs were very fair. After having problems in the past with tradesmen he has shown me there are still good guys and he is definitely one of them!

Very efficient service turned up promptly to quote for the job and a result of the very competitive price I added extra jobs to the list. We arranged date for the job and was very punctual in fact a little early which was a bonus. The works were carried out extremely professionally and tidily by Mike and his apprentice both of whom are very polite and helpful. Jim is very knowledgable and professional , Answered any questions I asked. He installed the new Tesla charger in one day only stopping briefly for lunch. A few little issues at the end with connecting the charger to the WiFi which he was happy to stay and help sort out which he did. His quote was very competitive and would happily recommend him to family and will definitely use him again.
