Josh made contact promptly and called round to quote which was again provided promptly. We agreed date for the work and Josh arrived on-time and got to work straightaway, firstly making sure we knew exactly how the job would be completed etc. Josh sourced parts based on his professional judgement which saved me trying to work out what I needed. Once finished Josh went through what he had done and demonstrated all items were working as expected. No mess was left and we were able to make use immediately after he left.
