Craig was very quick to respond to the job i posted. I was contacted immediately following the shortlisting process. Craig gave his price which was fair considering the driving distance and even purchased a part just in case it was needed. The job was completed within hours of being posted and for the price that was quoted. I am more than happy with the work Craig has done. He was polite and friendly throughout and even talked me through what was actually wrong. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an electrician in the Lancashire area.

Chris arrived promptly and worked through until the job was completed. He even went the extra mile to ensure that everything was put back in the kitchen cupboards when he had finished. If it wasn't for the work being visible I wouldn't have known that we had any tradesman in as he was so tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I’m really happy with the work Jo did for us. There were a few jobs that I didn’t have the tools or confidence in doing which involved hanging mirrors (into both plaster and porcelain tile) and wiring & fitting some complex lighting. Jo has completed them all to an extremely high standard. We’d honestly recommend hiring Jo at Flatpackr for any of your household jobs and will definitely be booking him in again in the future for anything that I’m not confident in doing myself. Down to earth guy, very neat work. Installed some LED lighting for me, some LED lights I had purchased and one Albert got for me, though I did ask for a cool light LED I think it's a warm one he's installed, I didn't ask for a quote, so I would advise to ask for one as I thought my bill was a tad over what it should have been, but I am really happy with the work and recommend him.

Tom came to price up the job and was thorough in assessing what was needed. When he came to do the work he was on time, tidy, pleasant and did the job as agreed within the timeline agreed. He was very accommodating when I changed my mind about the some of the details of the job. When he hit some difficulties due to the build of our house he was persistent and found a way of dealing with things to still achieve the required outcome.
