The last worked at my home were james widened the rear yard and the side elevation of the house. James and his men had to excavate to reduced levels the rear garden as it was 1.2m above the existing street level. Then they had to make up new street levels and install new drainage lines and set new gullies to accomdate the surface water drain off from the newly installed concrete. To the side of the house the street was widened and new kerbs and gullies set again to accommodate surface water drain off. I could without doubt recommend James and Ballymore Services for there commitment to ensuring that the area was kept clean and tidy. But also power washed the rest of the kerbs and existing street to leave the house looking like new. In the past Ballymore Services have also been involved in enabling works on various sites. For example they have carried out demolition works, propping works and paving works prior to my own men taking over to complete private projects. I would sum James (Ballymore Services) up by saying he is organised, structured and efficient.
