Ian undertook some lintel repair work for us on our rented garages. We were happy with the first few repairs, but the last two were rushed and the work was left incomplete. Because the walls and lintels were not strapped correctly, the lintels have slipped, leaving the structure unsafe and unsupported. I have tried to resolve this amicably over the past few months, but he continually found reasons to delay fixing his mistakes. He is now completely ignoring calls and messages. We had more work lined up for him, but we will now be using someone else as we can no longer trust him to complete a job to a satisfactory or safe standard.

I waited for over 2 hours for this guy to arrive and I tried to contact him by telephone and email and have received no reply. He even contacted me 2 days prior to the work starting to ask if he could arrive sooner than the agreed time and then just did not show up. A simple message to tell me that he was not coming would have been the couteous thing to do. Dont even consider hiring this person, very annoyed.

His attention to detail is excellent and is always professional making sure we knew what was going on at all times.
