Get in touchI subcontracted Change Plastering to complete a plastering job around a cut-out. This was confirmed with them twice and also communicated to our customer. Unfortunately, the plasterer did not show up on the scheduled day, despite the customer waiting at home all day on Friday. We did not receive any communication from the plasterer until it was too late. As a result, our customer lodged a formal complaint against our company, and I have been shown clear evidence of communication with the plasterer, with no alternative dates being offered. While I don't typically leave negative reviews, this situation has caused a significant impact on our business, including a loss of money and damage to our reputation.
