Latest review:Conversions - General-I cannot recommend Rob and his team highly enough. They converted half of my double garage into an office and I'm over the moon with the outcome. The building works were smooth and clean without any issues mainly due to Rob being completely upfront with everything every step of the way, at no point during the works was I left unsure on timescales, costs etc and it helped the whole process run so easily. As well as converting my garage Rob and Graham took on the mammoth task of installing from scratch a playhouse for my twins. It was really important that it was installed before their birthday, Rob took the job on within a weeks notice and had it installed in time. I will definitely be coming back to Rob should I need any further works doing and will be recommending to family and friends.

A job that was quoted to take 4-6 weeks ended up taking around 14 weeks and even then was not completed by gary and his team due to him walking off the job. They used substandard materials which meant things needed replaced before the job had even finished. Overall the “finishing touches” for the job were absolutely horrendous. A child’s playhouse had nails sticking out of the wood. The nails in the fence had all rusted, the lawn wasn’t laid correct so couldn’t drain. The level on extension was completely wrong. Gary himself was quite rude and Him and his team were extremely unreliable. 100% would not recommend, save your time, money and sanity

Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-Heston was very accommodating and kept me aware of what was happening all through the job. I even changed start date at last minute (nothing to do with Substr8) and Heston was very good about it. I also changed the run off at the final hour and still it was not problem. I would have no hesitation in using Heston and his team from Substr8 again. Well done all.
