The build is of good quality, his team was professional, always well-equipped, and if you’re clear with your instructions they will follow them well and execute to a high standard. He managed to finish the project despite tough conditions, like the heavy rain in January. This is the second time we’ve worked with him—he did an extension for us ten years ago, and that’s why we brought him back. We’d always recommend him for the value and build quality. The first delivery of wood for the screen was sub-standard and so Owen rejected it which imposed a delay, but we got the quality wood needed. Owen's task was then complicated by his having to negociate a flower bed but the work was carried out efficiently, professionally and considerately. Everything was left neat and tidy and some additional remedial repars were done as well. The screen looks magnificent, just what we envisaged and wanted. I would like to post some pictures but this site won't let me which is a big pity. We would definitely use Owen again.
