Lee's advice and work was excellent. We had our own ideas about what we wanted but we're not experts and having Lee advise us on what's possible, what's not, the options available, and then to let Lee get on with it was an excellent decision. If I recall, Lee even recommended the builder we ultimately ended up using and he was excellent too. Hired Will during a house rennovation and bathroom move and kitchen extension. I found him to be very professional who guided me through the process from start to finish in terms of planning requirements, submitting to the local authority and the building regulation drawings. The service from start to finish was made easy from start to finish by Will (thankfully to me as a newbie to rennovation and extension work!!). He met all the agreed deadlines and ultimately whilst I had to put the project on hold for a couple of months to arrange a remortgage for the extension finances he helped out again (with no charge) in arranging for the structural calculations and building inspector work to be done so the extension works could move forward once I had the finances in place. Luis has been very helpful throughout the process of producing drawings for my house extension in Lower Earley, making amendments based on my feedback and submitting planning application. I'm happy to say he's always replied promptly to emails and been easy to get hold of on the phone.
