Paul has been extremely helfpul in the renovation of our first home. He has re-built our kitchen, fitted doors, windows and renovated upstairs (from a bungalow). He was able to advise us on what would work best as we had no clue where to start. He always showed up when he said he would, is very clean and tidy and cleary takes pride in his work. Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring. Fitted outside gate, built two in-cupboard wardrobes and fitted shelf in downstairs cupboard. Dyfrig worked with us to design what we wanted, and also suggested better options to give us more space in the wardrobes. Dyfrig began work as discussed in a timely manner, and completed everything to a high standard. Dyfrig was extremely professional and courteous, even though he was very busy with other work commitments at the same time. I would definitely recommend Dyfrig to others, and have already recommended him to my neighbours.
