Arrived promptly to give me a quote for some garden work. Arrived when stated to do the actual work when quote agreed. Work carried out to a satisfactory standard. No problems. Cleaned up after the work completed. Took all rubbish away. Very pleasant to deal with. Only had 2 quotes so can't comment whether quote was reasonable or not. A lot cheaper than the first quote I had so went with it. Not a big job but took about 5 hours work. Removal of a shed, making original fence more stable, new garden /lane door, new rotary line, fixed a loose drain pipe, removed all rubbish. Would use again.

Damien was quick and responsive to messages on here very reasonably priced, he came out to help try and fix a cowboy job that some "kitchen fitters" had done in my mothers kitchen, nothing was to much for him and he was a great help and salvaged as much as possible, can not thank him enough for his effort and work on this job Would highly recommend anyone to contact 3D Development before they look else where, will defiantly use Damien again

We are absolutely thrilled with our rear extension. Les and his team have done a great job in achieving what we wanted. I wasn't the easiest of clients, adding extra changes, however Les and the team made the changes without any fuss and a positive attitude.The build came in on time and price, his team worked professionally and with a great work ethic. I would highly recommend them for any future building works.

I was kept informed at all stages and Dave and co turned up promptly to complete the work. They were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Hamdi has completely transformed my house with his painting work. He painted a large kitchen diner, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and hallways including banisters. Hamdi always addressed any flaws on the walls properly, never rushing so that the finished job looked immaculate. Hamdi turned up on time every day at 8am sharp and worked all day to get the job finished before viewings on the weekend. I could not recommend Hamdi enough!

I requested someone to think out the box and Jack did just that. He transformed a B&Q garden box into a lovely insulated cat shelter which a wooden framed entrance. The cats slept in the cat house straight away. He refelted the roof very well and sealed the glass panes. The garden was cleared of brambles ready for winter. Overall the job was detailed and they understood what I wanted straight. Highly recommend.
