Absolute disgrace of a tradesman!! After I phoned & confirmed job was told no problem I will see you Tuesday, Tuesday came and he turned up 1hr late (good start) got ladder, pva glue, dust sheet out of van started brushing on pva and then once my partner was busy in kitchen he packed up (quiet as a mouse) and left without saying a word. Tried phoning for a reason why and telephone calls being ignored. So NO I don't recommend him.

Good. Very happy with the work done by Owain, - (demolished a leaky chimney). The work was carried satisfactorily within the timescale promised. Scaffolding erected and dismantled on time and the site left clean and tidy. I was assured that he would come back if there were any issues. There have been none. I would have no hesitation in recommending him..

I have been in this role for the past 5 years along with groundworks supervisor. I cover most aspects of groundwork, bricklaying, fencing, garden clearance and plant operator. Started off brilliantly. Worked full days, friendly, professional. But once work was nearly finished builders disappeared carpenters only came occasionally. Still waiting weeks later for carpentry work, electrical work and final building work to be completed. Very disappointed, would be loath to recommend this company to anyone. Still hoping they will return to finish.

I think, he is not a professional plumber. I used his services to replace silicone for bathtub and sink. I asked him whether he is a professional plumber and he said he is multi skilled. I don't recommend him to use for plumbing works. He might have honest when I asked his proficiency as plumber. But experimenting during work to learn new skill is not acceptable. It was very bad experience. Update on 24 October, 2024. After you carried out the work, it's leaking below bathtub on the floor. Before you did this job, we haven't seen leak. This is what will happen if you pretend to be a professional accept to do the work just for money. This will show how honest you are . Due to using your service, I am going to pay big penalty to get it fix from someone else.

Mark & Shaun have done a wonderful job in modernising my second bathroom. I do not drive and Mark personally took me to the appropriate shops to buy the wallboards and the bathroom suite. The job was done on time and on budget and done to a very high standard and Mark & Shaun tidied up afterwards. On the basis of the work that was carried out, I would highly recommend Mark & Shaun.
