Damp fix and prevention The team at CMW arrived as arranged, they were friendly, helpful and tidy. They kept us informed of their progress throughout. The quote was competitive. Callum was polite and gladly answered all of our questions. The job was completed in good time, leaving no mess. Callum was the only one who spotted that the chimney stack was contributing to the damp problem. The team fitted weep holes and used a chemical DPC, re-pointing the brickwork as required. The pointing was very neat. Internally callum took off only the necessary plaster, completing the work using the chemical DPC and covering membrane. Date of experience: 02 January 2024
