Jack wanted to get every aspect of the job right for me. He was very patient as he explained all of the options available and how the job was going to be planned out step by step. Bathroom tiled as per request to a high standard of finish. Janis spent time ensuring the tile layout was well balanced. Grouted and siliconed nicely. Hardworking and friendly. I would have been confident getting Janis to complete the bathroom with fixtures, fittings and flooring, but I enjoy those parts of construction myself.
