Had Clive to do some brickwork for me and he is absolutely brilliant. Did a fantastic job and his standard of workmanship is second to none. Not sure what else to say except that if you are looking, you'd be daft not to get Clive to do your job. Get in touchHello my name is Ralph Leary. I started Leary Carpentry & Joinery up in 2017. Before that however I did 3 year apprenticeship though an old school carpenter called John Starzacher. Over the years I’ve done all forms of Carpentry work. First fix, second fix, roofing, cabinet making, kitchen fitting, bespoke, etc. I’ve gone around the Devon, Cornwall and London fitting out pubs for a company called trading spaces. Helping their amazing team build fixed seating, tables bespoke units and so on. My favourite form of carpentry and where I take the most pride and joy in my work is the bespoke/ cabinet making. Where I make custom/ bespoke items then go out on site and fit. I’m a friendly happy family man who loves spending time with my kids, and takes great pride in my work.

Bespoke Stairs, windows, doors to the highest quality. A small family run business now into its fourth generation, we've been milling our own timber for over 65 years. Manufacturing fencing panels and gates and much more. With over 50 years experience in the joinery industry we know a thing or two about wood!
Richard is clearly a very skilled and experienced carpenter. The refitting of a previously poorly fitted window (by an unknown third party) was quite tricky. Others had quoted unrealistic, prices but Richard suggested a workable and fair priced solution, with a result which exceeded expectations. Thank you!
