John was such a remarkable person to work with on my chimney removal, what started out as just one floor removal ended up being the entire thing due to his really reasonable quote. He was exceptionally kind, courteous and considerate throughout. He obliged our need to get the chimney removal approved by building regulation, amended materials on their request and the final result is better than I could have dreamed. We also asked him to do other jobs like fixing an issue with the roof and repairing the floor where needed.
