10/10 you need a builder? You cannot go wrong with these guys. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Clean, tidy, polite and excellent workmanship. Friendly helpful team that are happy to help the novice, never giving their opinion unless asked, but lots of skills and experience to guide if you do.. So you get what you want, not, what they think you should have. Early to site and clearly working hard, we live away from site but don't feel the need to visit daily, however when we do there is always plenty to see and changes are evident. Charges are as agreed and paid at intervals so you know whats coming and when. This is a big build for us expected to take about 6 to 8 months. So far we are on schedule. Honestly I can't say how fab these guys are. I would be very happy to recommend to anyone looking for a builder for any size project big or small

We had a single story extension built this summer. We compared a four quotes and Jame's came in as the second most expensive. After looking at his website and a second visit we decided to go with him. We were very happy with the way things went. It ran over a few days but that was mostly because we changed our mind on one or two details. I would say Jame's strengths are that he is very knowledgeable and that he is keen to make sure we were happy with the job. With regards to the budget we agreed a price and that was the price we paid.

Kieren worked on our bungalow from March to August 2016 with a great enthusiasm and professionalism through all the problems the build and weather could throw at him and we have ended up with a first class completed project. All and every aspect of building, plumbing, electrical and roofing work was carried by him or his associated and equally proficient specialist tradesmen to an extremely high standard that could not be disputed and nothing was too much trouble to finish the work. So much so that QPS has just finished last week the additional re-development of our driveway and property access for which we are equally pleased with the work carried out. I would highly complement Kieren on the work to complete our project and recommend him to anybody if they want a tradesman prepared to go the extra distance and ensure customer satisfaction.
