I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel and his lads who remodelled our bedroom walls and added an ensuite bathroom. Daniel and his lads are able to perform a wide range of trades spanning electrical, plastering, plumbing, joinery etc and the quality of their work was second to none. Throughout the project, I was kept informed about the progress, any potential changes, and the timeline for completion. They were always available to address my questions and concerns, which ensured that the project ran smoothly and any problems along the way were handled efficiently. Finally, they took great care not to leave any mess behind, which is unusual with tradesmen in my experience. Overall, I am very pleased that I chose Daniel and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Like with any job you reasonably can/should allow for some delays, misunderstandings and general extenuating circumstances that create snags, but with Henry it was pretty relentless. The work in the end was mid at best (some may even argue that, judge for yourself). The condition in which the property was handed back was pretty poor (unfinished and not cleaned), but worst of all his professional conduct and communication increasingly became abysmal as the project lagged on and I'm a pretty patient person. Even the estate agent was gobsmacked. The images included are examples of comms and how the property was handed back as 'complete'. Then threatening to charge for a (second) call out when the hob not being pinned was his error, is not cool. Ultimately, I've had to call another contractor to come and simply pin the hob down, as this contractor did not and gave us the runaround when trying to schedule him to come back and rectify (which definitely would be covered by warranty).

As a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience of working with multiple builders. I can confidently say Jonny is one of the best small builder that I have worked with. Having reconfigured my kitchen, he’s multi skilled with saved me the hassle of calling in different trades. This was an awkward job, working in tight spaces with very little room for error and Jonny nailed it, from rewiring, plumbing, reinstalling quooket tap, new plug sockets and extraction unit - he did it all. Jonny stuck to his quote and didn’t try to play the usual builders games, and where I asked for more work to be done, we agreed a reasonable price through a clear add and omit schedule. He is one of very few builders who would actually omit costs for works that was not completed without a fight. With all his skills I am most impressed with Jonny’s genuine desire to do a job and ethical conduct. I’m happy to act as a reference for any perspective customer.

Hi all readers like a lot of people I was anxious in starting my building work and I had heard night mare stories from other people about there extensions and builders. My daughter found Hussain from my Builder. Hussain came to see the house for the job. Hussain has done a great job on my rear extension. He is reliable, trustworthy and has been attentive to all the work. I was at work most of the time Hussain and his team got on with the work and if they needed me they contacted me and visa versa. I didn't need to be on site all the time or take any time off from work. Its very difficult to find a good builder like Hussain who you can trust. Hussain ensured I stayed in my budget and this was so helpful. Hussain does not beat around the bush. Hussain is straight forward and honest. Hussain's work is excellent I would recommend Hussain any day of the week. If anyone needs to come and have a look at my extension I will be more than happy to show them around. Top guy and a big thank you to him and his great team.
