We were thoroughly pleased with Bathroom Renovation, Bahram and the services provided. We required stud walls throughout our apartment, ceiling replacement and ducting/pipework concealing. I can only say that Bahram and his communications have been a breath of fresh air. The team are efficient, friendly and get the job done - most importantly Bahram takes pride in the work his team complete. Our job was relatively urgent and Bahram offered what I feel was a fair price, remained communicative and had his team readily available to get the job completed within the timeframe. Most importantly, as with it seems all building works, jobs can grow slightly, but Bahram’s considered approach and advice was invaluable. We increased the scope of our works mid-job, and are really pleased with the results. Fair pricing, someone who has pride in their work, and a job well done.

We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and quality of workmanship from REA Construction. The project was delivered within budget and on time. We lived in the property during the work and we, our neighbours and the site were always treated with the utmost consideration. There were almost no hitches and, when they did occur, they were dealt with immediately and thoroughly. Our project team, led by Kristjan and Besi, were universally hardworking, organised and produced work to an excellent standard. Communication is great, the people are wonderful. Renato was someone I felt I could trust from the moment I met him and he never let us down. He and everyone at REA genuinely care about what they do and that their customers have a happy experience. ELB Construction completed some major garden works for me and constructed a garden office. It was a big piece of work with a lot of earth moving, significant foundations and a lot of brickwork. The ELB team, specifically Jimmy the site manager, were fantastic, always giving me the right advice about things I was not knowledgeable about, always focussed on a quality finish and flexible when we had some challenges with our neighbours. The finish is great, communication was always open and honest and they were very competitively priced. My brother in law is in corporate construction and was specifically very impressed with the quality of the brickwork that Jimmy and the team produced. Thank you to the whole team!

Negedet and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and simply brilliant. The work estimate was a crucial factor in choosing Velvet Construction and they went out of their way to delivered it. Their work pace is incredible without compromising on quality. They arrived when they said they would, were very respectful and very tidy at the end of each day. Negedet gave important advice when we were not quite sure and accommodated changes easily with no bother. The quality of the build is excellent and the finished work looks great.
