We hired Zebra Property for a complete strip out and refurbishment of a GF flat. The JOB: The job included initial removal of existing bathroom, kitchen and flooring. The works itself were for a side return wrap around kitchen extension, basement refit, installation of new kitchen and bathroom, new windows (including velux) and bifold doors, tiling and complete decoration throughout. FEEDBACK: Zebra were a great company to work with on this job. Communication levels were clear. There were inevitable delays to the project but there was always a focus to get back on track and deliver as quickly as possible. The resulting finish is a high standard throughout the property, with any minor snags completed quickly. Thank you!

We engaged Maciej for a plastering and painting job to repair damage following a roof leak. He also sorted out replacing some of our roof insulation that had also been damaged. Maciej was very efficient and creative in what he proposed. Even though there were unforeseen issues with the job he kept to his original quote. He was tidy and managed to complete the job without putting us to any great inconvenience. Maciej is trustworthy and reliable. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

Tom and his colleague Konrad were fantastic They came round 3 times prior to undertaking the work to discuss exactly what we wanted To achieve and meticulously planned it out. They were prompt on the delivery of the work and even came back twice after to ensure the painting was perfect. On top of this they are both absolutely top guys who were easy to get on with and very transparent regarding costs We’ve already booked additional work and would highly recommend these guys to friends and family. Working with Petrit was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. He and his team are friendly and open for discussions. They’re quick, affordable, and help with decision making. Would hire again! Have to say as well, as a woman, Petrit and his team treated my husband and I equally, unlike my experience with other tradesmen who direct all their conversations to the men. Petrit knocked opened up our living kitchen area, laid herringbone floors, replastered the property, installed new radiators, added a built in ladder to our attic, and re did our bathroom. He also helped us match the floor boards from an existing room and helped us source front and back doors for much better price than what we were getting quoted in East London. The painting of the entire house was done in a rush as we needed to move in, so the attention to detail fell down a little here compared to everything else that was done, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Petrit again!! After and before pics included!

Negedet and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and simply brilliant. The work estimate was a crucial factor in choosing Velvet Construction and they went out of their way to delivered it. Their work pace is incredible without compromising on quality. They arrived when they said they would, were very respectful and very tidy at the end of each day. Negedet gave important advice when we were not quite sure and accommodated changes easily with no bother. The quality of the build is excellent and the finished work looks great. They were upfront on budget and there were no hidden costs. I've already booked Velvet Construction for my new kitchen, I would recommend them to everyone!
