Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness,Value This was our second project with LDC Build & Design. Having done such a great job last time, we were not surprised that they did another great job. They allowed our family to remain comfortable at all times while the project was going on. They have a great team who were extremely efficient and great at problem solving when needed to think outside the box. The two projects completed - internal reconfiguration of house with new kitchen, replacement bathrooms, flooring throughout (walls down, RSJs, complete refurbishment including electrics, plumbing and decorating) and conversion of garage into a utility and living space. Both projects were completed on time and budget and the team of builders and contractors were polite, tidy and very respectful of the fact that we were living through the work with two young children. Liam and his team were great and the aftercare was also brilliant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Finally, a team that actually delivers a high standard of carpentry work at a fair price, within a specified time frame. Completed job: Book shelf with cabinet for lounge. Finished to perfection even though my listed property walls are uneven. The finished furniture looks as if it has always been there, both my wife (thankfully) and myself are are very pleased. Martina, was very helpful throughout the whole process, helping with layouts and designs. Tom and Brett are artists with a great eye for detail. The standard of work is as high as some well known furniture makers in the city. On comparison (I have used the well known city carpenters) the only difference was the price. Commissioning the next job today (start in Jan). Bedroom, fitted wardrobes. Thanks guys for job well done, keep up the good work ! DP

Very pleased with the stud wall that Peter and Ady built. They are both very polite and friendly. Unfortunately there was an issue with the wall at first, but Peter returned immediately to fix it. He then returned once I'd painted the wall to put up some shelves and did a few other odd jobs for us too. We are very happy with the work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thank you, Peter!
