What started as a simple cosmetic job quickly turned out be to much more complex and time consuming (floors and ceilings replaced, walls being taken back to brick, boiler replaced etc) Andrian was with us at every step of the way, patiently problem solving and making use of years of experience. He is multi-skilled and completes work to an extremely high standard. We relied on him heavily for advice and for sourcing materials at a reasonable price. As a new homeowner, I embarked on a renovation project for my four-bedroom, 1920s semi-detached house. The renovation involved transforming the ground floor into an open-plan layout by removing structural walls, installing reinforced steel joists (RSJs), and replacing the existing flooring with vinyl tile (LVT). Additionally, a new kitchen was installed, along with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Kaiser arrived at the site with a notebook, took precise measurements, and consulted with the structural engineer. He was transparent about the scope of work included and excluded, and his quote was the lowest when all quotes were normalized to include or exclude materials. Throughout the project, Kaiser maintained complete transparency, and no supervision was required. Communication was always prompt and effective. The renovation was completed on time, and I wholeheartedly recommend Kaiser. I am confident that you will not be disappointed by choosing Kaiser.

Wonderful work by Conrad to make a small box room into a decent size bedroom by demolishing our existing brick wall between two bedrooms and replacing with a stud work one. Removal of all the rubble, plumbing, electrics and plastering were included in the work and it was all done cleanly and swiftly. I would recommend Conrad highly, he's a lovely chap and very reliable

We hired Naz and his team to renovate our ground floor including a new kitchen and underfloor heating throughout. It was delivered on time and they did a great job at working around issues such as delays in deliveries from suppliers. Everything was delivered to a high quality finish and Naz was particularly helpful at answering our questions and the communication was top notch. All the guys on site were friendly, polite and helpful and we were happy leaving them in the house whilst we were at work. We would be more than happy to recommend them and to use them again in the new year to finish the rest of the house.
