We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

I hired HM construction for installing a built in cupboard in a bedroom to my specification. The team was able to knock down an internal wall, make good another wall and install an excellent built in cupboard. I am very happy with the outcome, it’s a highly professional job that has transformed the bedroom. Of the back of this I asked the team to install a porcelain tile patio, new turf and convert an outside shed into an Office space. They completed the work in just over 3 weeks again to an excellent finish and very reasonably priced. They ensured the site remained and clean at all times and kept me informed throughout the process. Very trustworthy and highly recommended constructors.

We were thoroughly pleased with Bathroom Renovation, Bahram and the services provided. We required stud walls throughout our apartment, ceiling replacement and ducting/pipework concealing. I can only say that Bahram and his communications have been a breath of fresh air. The team are efficient, friendly and get the job done - most importantly Bahram takes pride in the work his team complete. Our job was relatively urgent and Bahram offered what I feel was a fair price, remained communicative and had his team readily available to get the job completed within the timeframe. Most importantly, as with it seems all building works, jobs can grow slightly, but Bahram’s considered approach and advice was invaluable.
