Julian was very friendly, flexible and capable in completing a wide ranging job for us; including knocking through a wall to fit a new doorway, bricking up a door way and replacing it with a new window and helping design and construct an above ground fully insulated wine cellar. He also helped with the various building certification visits (which was very helpful as we had limited knowledge of the requirements). We found Julian's advice on construction materials and practicalities very helpful and were very happy with the clarity and level of costs/timing quoted at every stage. He was also flexible and understanding to changes/additions to the scope of work during the project. Julian seemed to be very happy to work to our timetable in terms of work and budget. After and during all the various stages of work Julian made sure to leave the house in good order, so the work was not too disrupting to our lives. We were very happy and would definitely use Julian again (and recommend others to do so).

An excellent job completed by Rich and Gavin, to resolve drainage issues and excessive pooling of water. They installed ACO drains, leading to the house drain and resolved the issue perfectly and what's more it looks great too. Professional and very polite guys. Thanks to both! I recommend Swift Home Solutions without reservation. Throughout the job they have kept me fully informed and have always found time to discuss the work. The quote was extremely reasonable, the work completed to a very high standard indeed and the area was tidied fully on completion. They both worked diligently, were friendly and approachable at all times and nothing was too much bother. I will certainly employ them again because I don't see why I should risk going elsewhere when I know they will do an excellent job. 10 out of 10

I am very happy with the renovations Max carried out on my property.He was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was always quick to assist in any extra jobs I needed and helped moved furniture and clear space when required. His team were respectful of my space being as I was living in my property with my pets for the duration and I work from home so was present throughout the job process. Max built me an amazing media wall from scratch, it is totally bespoke and looks fantastic, it was a complicated project, with concealed smart lighting in built in alcoves, has my massive tv and feature fireplace inset and two cupboards for storage. I had brand new flooring laid throughout the ground floor which looks amazing and the entire house was re-decorated. As with any big project we hit a few snags along the way, but I was so impressed with the calm, friendly manner that Max handled everything, If I wasn't 100% happy he would re-do something until I was. This was particularly relevant to the new kitchen cabinet installed. I had a vision that required imagination and bespoke finishing, once it was completed It didn't quite meet my expectation so Max removed the cabinet and re-installed it for me, he did this with good grace and friendliness and no extra charge. He also finished some work left over from a previous contractor and did a great job. I would employ him again for any future projects.
