Alex and his team did an amazing job. We hired them for a simple garden renovation project, but then as the job was going ahead and as they were extremely knowledgable, we decided to redesign the whole garden. They made the foundation for the rear extension, they disposed the old shed and decking, laid the new patio at the end of the garden and built a garden house with a toilet and kitchen. They also laid the rear patio (attached to the property) and built a covered outdoor area with a bbq and wood fired oven. It was a very big project and we are very happy with the outcome. Such an amazing transformation and we couldn’t have been more lucky in choosing A.V Structures. Very highly recommended.

I found mr. Mark to be a very professional guy. Arrived promptly the next day, had a look at what was required to be done and gave me a quote. The work was done a few days later, as agreed, professionally, done clean cuts within the wall and added a lintle too. It finalised with the pointing over the bricks in the lintle area and left the place spotless once the job was finished. He even reduced, on his own accord, money from the original quote, as the job was done faster than he has anticipated. I will definitely employ him for future works and recommend him whenever i got the chance! Thank you again for your work Mark!

offered me useful advice related to the structural framework of my bay window which was in question as it had moved away from the building ever so slightly. Very responsive and communicated well which is what you want from a tradesman. I asked for additional work to be carried out that included sealing bathroom worktop, sanding down and improving the surface together with cutting out a peice of wood to make my boiler more accessible. This was completed to a neutral standard as the finish I was expecting was to be better with a cleaner finish also. Overall the job was positive, thank you very much.
