Pete recently removed a load bearing wall, installed an RSJ, replastered the room and organised re-wiring of the room. We had an excellent experience using Pete. He always turned up when promised and gave good notice of when he would be around. He was very clear and fair about what was in and out of scope of his quote and was very flexible with adding or removing different items to this. When it came to doing the job, it was done very efficiently, tidily and competently and I’m really happy with the result. Pete was always flexible and would go the extra mile to ensure that the job was done to the highest standard. He and his colleagues were respectful of our property and I was always happy to leave them alone in the house. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Steve and Leigh worked with me to get the job done within my desired timescales and budget despite me making changes throughout. That can come at a cost with other contractors but Steve and Leigh were very reasonable in that respect.

Corey is under police investigation for Harassment and stealing. I hired him to build a conservatory. I paid him a deposit £1720 and £4000 on the first day of work. After that he constantly started asking for extra money. Finally in 3 and half months my conservatory was completed. But the roof was done very badly: without lead, rivets, dry verges and tiles were in disorder. It leaked every where. He refused to fix it and told me to hire somebody else to fix it. So I took off £600 from the last payment to find someone to redo the roof. One week later instead of to come and fix the roof, he stole all glass from my conservatory. So, I ended up with badly leaking roof and no glass. Now Nottinghamshire police has a case about Harassment, because he threaten me and Trading Standards has a case of stolen glass and leaking roof. He told me it is not his first time. He knows how to sneak out from this situation. I would like to worn you if you want to hire him.

We hired ARC Renovations to convert an upstairs space from a small bedroom, corridor and stairs into one large bedroom with access to an existing bathroom. From the first meeting with Chris I could tell that he totally understood what we wanted and he was able to book us in quickly. Throughout the job we had many obstacles to overcome with the build including plenty we threw in at the last minute. Chris never flinched or moaned, he gave sensible solutions and was happy to help make sure we got what we wanted. I was also really impressed with the fact that having spotted an issue I was unhappy with I heard Chris telling his team to fix it before I'd had chance to tell him about it, showing he totally understood how important the athletics of the job were to us. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team, they were a pleasure to have around and did an amazing job!

Gordon kept us informed throughout the work carried out .We have asked him to change a toilet in the house into a en-suite connection to a downstairs room .which has required to seal the door way and put a new doorway in and put a new toilet suite sink shower unit panels etc in .He is helpful and has been able to advise and suggest thoughts about the work so far completed .He is working on his own ,which has been very useful especially in the current times,He has been very organised and it has been great to see the progress taking place .Would recommend him and we would have no hesitation to use Him for any further work on the house in the future .

Craig has completed two jobs for me. Both were complete refurbishments/renovations of properties. This included both single storey and two storey extensions, new roofs, new bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms, drains, re-wiring, plumbing, groundworks and landscaping. Re-decoration and floor coverings. All the work was done to a superb standard, on time and in budget. I would have no problem recommending Craig on any of the above.
