We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

It was a pleasure dealing with Peter and his team from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier with the work that they did. I was impressed with Peter’s previous work and we developed a good rapport from the first meeting and I felt that I could trust him with the work. He was clear about the detail of the work that needed doing upfront and his quote was itemised to reflect what each element would cost. The work was done on time and of a high quality and Peter was responsive at all times to any questions or concerns we had. He also made great suggestions of how we could do things better and was open to our ideas and realising our dream. His team were punctual, friendly and took care of the house ensuring the work that they did was of a high standard at all times and attention to detail which really has made a difference now that the project is completed. Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

Tony and his guys did a garage conversion for us in September/October 2016. We also hired his associates for lots of other work around the house including painting the interior, some electric and plumbing work. He was very trustworthy and professional, as were all the guys who did work for us. Finances and plans were very clear and we couldn't be happier with the result. Mick did a good job for us. He worked long hours to get the job done, and was able to turn his hand to a whole range of things, including plastering and decorating. The basic carpentry and construction was well and neatly done, and we’re very happy with the end result. The job ended up taking longer than either of us expected, but that was due to complications with some of the tasks, plus some extras, and was therefore not Mick’s fault. We were able to amicably agree an additional payment on top of the original quote to cover Mick’s time. Recommended.

Firstly the date of job posting and date of completing is all down to me not being ready with finances!! Secondly, and more importantly, GG Property were the most wonderful and professional bunch of lads you can hope to met. The work was done with such enthusiasm and to such a high level of detail. We could not be happier with the finished job. Thirdly, the great building work aside, GG Property were polite, happy, friendly, punctual and great communicators. All emails answered swiftly and with accurate information. No question was to silly and no concern (this was our first major building working) was to small to be addressed. Finally we are so pleased with work we are awaiting a quote for our bathroom and look forward to getting that job completed!! In short my experience with GG Property was nothing but top quality work and customer service. Any fears of the classic 'cowboy builder' could not be further from the truth; GG Property are a hard working truly lovely bunch and we would highly recommend them.

I was very lucky to find Cornel for my building work. His team were extremely hard working, efficient and respectful and the work was done very quickly and to a high standard. Most estimates for the build time were between 8 and 10 weeks - my work was fully complete in 6 weeks. Building control passed all stages of the work without any issues. He is equally proficient at the plumbing, electrics, flooring, tiling and decorating as the heavy building work, even restoring my garden so that it looked better than it did before the build. I am in a conservation area with close neighbours on all sides and Cornel minimised the disruption as much as possible and made efforts to keep everyone happy. His attitude to overcome problems and make sure that in the end you are a happy client drives his approach to the work. I had 10 builders quote for the job and Cornels quote was very competitive and the final costs were exactly as we had agreed. I had spoken to a number of his previous clients before going ahead and they were all very impressed with his work and had good experiences. It can be a difficult decision to choose a builder if you have no previous experience and given the potential for things to go wrong - but we made the right choice. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cornel and his team.
