Mark, Nick and Daley have done a superb job, I cannot praise their work highly enough. An excellent team that work well together each taking pride in their fields of expertise. Great communication and adaptable to plans changing as the jobs progressed. I would 100% use Streamline again in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them. Matt took on the whole project of converting my garage to a bedroom with ensuite. He was ‘bang on’ with his quote. If there was any unexpected expense he checked with me first. He was always at the property when he said he would be. He finished the conversion in the time scale that he said. I would 100% recommend Matt who organised the whole project for me while I was away. He updated me with phone calls, messages & sent me photos of work he had completed each week. The stud work, loft insulation, floor insulation, chipboard flooring, plaster boarding, shower boarding, window hinges, sliding door & firedoors, were all professional completed by Matt. He put a lot of ‘pride’ into his work. The sub contractors that he organised to do the Brickwork, plastering & plumbing were all very good & worked well together. I’ll put some finished on here next week Thank you Matt.

August 2024: Jeremy Mills took £3,200, made our home unsafe by removing a load bearing wall and disappeared without a trace. DO NOT HIRE! He was hired for a bathroom extension. We are expecting our second child in January 2025 we needed the bathroom. Jerry has extorted us for money, whilst working a day a week and not doing the work we asked him too. Instead he removed a wall that was structurally needed. He is incompetent, over promise and not deliver. He says he had a team of experts but it is just him. He is a brick layer yet he promises plumbing and electrical work. He falsely advertising 30 years experience but he has none. The "contract " he gives is worthless. He does not give an invoice. He disappeared with our money, blocked our numbers. We are left in an unsafe house with no bathroom, no bedroom and no money

John has done the most fabulous job of dismantling a built in wardrobe and making good the walls and ceiling. I am delighted with the outcome John is punctual, helpful and didn’t mind having to do a last minute plaster repair work to my kitchen wall as well as wiring in new range cooker and moving the washing machine socket Additionally painted the gable end wall which delighted not only me but my neighbour too ! Would definitely recommend and will use John again Thank you John
