Get in touchAugust 2024: Jeremy Mills took £3,200, made our home unsafe by removing a load bearing wall and disappeared without a trace. DO NOT HIRE! He was hired for a bathroom extension. We are expecting our second child in January 2025 we needed the bathroom. Jerry has extorted us for money, whilst working a day a week and not doing the work we asked him too. Instead he removed a wall that was structurally needed. He is incompetent, over promise and not deliver. He says he had a team of experts but it is just him. He is a brick layer yet he promises plumbing and electrical work. He falsely advertising 30 years experience but he has none. The "contract " he gives is worthless. He does not give an invoice. He disappeared with our money, blocked our numbers. We are left in an unsafe house with no bathroom, no bedroom and no money

He has left the job unfinished and is uncontactable. He left us with a sheet of wood securing our house for many weeks, ignoring contact. In the end we drove 40 minutes to his house, the only way we could get a response. Throughout he continuously told us to trust him, that he would never leave a job unfinished. Around the midway point of the job he pressured us into sending money for further materials stating he would not be able to complete the job without this. We sent the money and within two days he tried to pressure us for more. He then turned up at 7am one morning, entered, took all his tools and left. Ken also stated he would clear all debris, he has left at least two skips worth of mess on our driveway and inside our house. Throughout we stressed to Ken that we had our first baby due October. We now have to manage in this building site with a new born. DO NOT TRUST KEN
