Good builder and worked hard but doesn't seem to care about issues arising post the job, even though was promised inevitable post-completion issues would be rectified as part of service. High levels of craftsmanship and problem solving during the job - can't be faulted. Ours was a significant redevelopment of a terrace house and he handled the project well. A few issues with budget management but that was resolved - down to better communication. Was happy with the high standard of the job on completion but let down by zero communication to resolve issues post the job.

I decided to have an annexe built on the side of my house. Contacted Tom as was recommended through a friend. I left the job in Toms hands, ordering materials, diggers and scheduling deliveries like the concrete pours, and arranging visits from building control. I was very happy with Toms work, very punctual, trustworthy, work was done to a high standard in a good time frame. Was lovely to watch the job evolve as I work away all week.
