We hired Naz and his team to renovate our ground floor including a new kitchen and underfloor heating throughout. It was delivered on time and they did a great job at working around issues such as delays in deliveries from suppliers. Everything was delivered to a high quality finish and Naz was particularly helpful at answering our questions and the communication was top notch. All the guys on site were friendly, polite and helpful and we were happy leaving them in the house whilst we were at work. We would be more than happy to recommend them and to use them again in the new year to finish the rest of the house.

We took a longtime selecting our builder and so glad we chose Nero. Every builder must always think twice before working for architects on their own home! and Nero and his team worked diligently to meet our exacting standards with great communication throughout the whole process. We can't edit the original description of the works but we ended up completely refurbishing the whole of our ground floor, the rear elevation of the house, re-wiring, specialist lighting, re-plumbing, re-roofing, new front garden wall, victorian tiled garden path and external decking too. We also had a high quality parquet floor laid with new underfloor heating and each line of tiles was meticulously set out which looks fantastic!! Happy to recommend and give reference too.

Overall, Duo Builders is good and I would recommend for any build work. Pros: 1. Committed to work and informed when not coming on any particular day 2. Had manpower allowing to add more hands if needed 3. Reliable people and nice staff / Team of young members 4. Does and completes work that was planned and agreed Cons: 1. Job took a lot of time than estimated as it was not thoroughly thought how the earth would be moved 2. Very hard to hold off the owner, its important for the client to be stay connected and informed. 3. Bit messy and site gets put of shape than original
