Radilina and the team were very clear on progress and issues during a difficult full house renovation, with all potential amendments to scope always fully explained, detailed, and costed. The materials and suppliers recommended and liaised with were always high quality, and Radilina was able to successfully source discounts and alternatives where appropriate. The team were also honest and proactive with damage and snagging (inevitable in a build of this scale), which has been very helpful and much appreciated.

This was a major piece of work. F&G Design and Build created a stunning new storey to the house. The roof was renewed, new windows inserted back and front, plus a shower, toilet, cabinets and basin in adjoining bathroom. Special mention needs to be made of the extension to the stairway. They copied the original design to perfection (much admired by all those who have seen it). They also refurbished my kitchen to a very high and beautiful standard. They were always friendly and approachable and totally reliable. An absolutely brilliant team, and a pleasure to work with. And they finished the job on time!

Based on architect recommendation, we contracted Alain on a private basis to produce structural engineering designs for our home renovation. He undertook a site visit and then produced structural designs to support a large number of elements related to new support beams, lintels etc. These have been iterated with the architect and the process has been very smooth. He was very responsive and nice to interact with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a structural engineer for the type of project we undertook (loft conversion, new pitched roof, new openings within walls and ground floor open plan conversion)
