Work was carried out as far as possible. A piece missing from chair so unable to screw in the fourth leg. The company have replaced chair since. Couldn’t contact this person again so used another. Shame as he was pleasant, punctual and capable. Also the next person that I used.

We have just had some work completed on our house, which included render removal and K re-rendering to the rear of our property, we had all guttering, drainpipes, soffits and fascias replaced, as well as our front bay windows and porch area prepped and re-painted. We also had some bricks replaced and others re-pointed to the bay area This work was carried out by Jim (James) Riddy, with the help of his son, also called James. Jim was incredibly meticulous, taking care of the smallest details, nothing was too much trouble. He was professional, personable, respectful and very hardworking, turning up early and always on time. They always cleaned up and cleared away every day before leaving. We are extremely happy with all the work carried out and would definitely recommend Jim Riddy (and James!) and would absolutely not hesitate to use them again.

Chris is a nice guy and works very hard. The kitchen was finished quickly and to a reasonable standard. I did find that the attention to detail and quality of finish weren't the best. A few too many corners were cut with the aim of finishing the job quickly, rather than concentrating on giving the best quality finish possible.

Gerry and Jerry turned our ugly duckling of a house into a beautiful modern home, what more can I say!! They supported and mentored us every step of the way during the mammoth task of renovating a derelict house into our now superb family home. They succeeded in transforming the property into an absolute wow house for us and the family. We had everything refurbished from a perfectly fitted toilet fitted under the stairs, a newly fitted fabulous kitchen installed with every mod-con we required, new electrics and plumbing throughout, all the ceilings removed and replaced, damp eradicated from the property, a fantastic family bathroom fitted, and to top it all wonderful modern glass extension built with finesse which is now the heart of our home. The quotation was four A4 pages long which detailed every specification of the works line by line so we knew exactly what was being undertaken. We had regular clear communication and prompt timing throughout the project, and we are now currently being guided by them through the authority’s planning process to secure planning permission for a loft conversion.
