I had a 1b to 2b total renovation (the first one in my life), and I spoke to 10 builders with the same brief, shortlisted 4 and randomly chose Lukasz. And I am very glad I did! He runs a company with his own electricians, carpenters, plumbers, etc., so everything ties in well and operates efficiently. Am I 100% happy with the job? As an extreme perfectionist, no. But I guess that’s the nature of renovation work. The good thing is that Lukasz is always very responsive and considers your needs with his expertise whenever problems occur. I have a feeling his company will grow big and, in the near future, become one of those premium firms (because they do great work and can charge more). I just hope they don’t increase their prices too much before my next project! The fact that I’m already a happy returning customer says a lot.

Jack recently undertook some work for us to install a lintel, ahead of a door replacement. Our property is quite old and so we were unsure exactly what level of support existed above the back-door of our 1920s era extension. Jack was able to carefully identify that whilst the internal brickwork was supported, the external brickwork was not. With the help of his son, he carefully installed the new lintel, doing minimal damage to the existing brickwork. Additionally, he was able to match the existing bricks, so that once installed it blended in nicely. Jack is a diligent worker, who completed the job to a high standard, communicating well throughout. Great experience with Peter and his team from beginning to end. Peter was genuinely interested in making sure I got what I wanted. As a new homeowner, I embarked on a renovation project for my four-bedroom, 1920s semi-detached house. The renovation involved transforming the ground floor into an open-plan layout by removing structural walls, installing reinforced steel joists (RSJs), and replacing the existing flooring with vinyl tile (LVT). Additionally, a new kitchen was installed, along with underfloor heating and air conditioning. Kaiser arrived at the site with a notebook, took precise measurements, and consulted with the structural engineer. He was transparent about the scope of work included and excluded, and his quote was the lowest when all quotes were normalized to include or exclude materials. Throughout the project, Kaiser maintained complete transparency, and no supervision was required. Communication was always prompt and effective.
