I only meet Mohammad Ansari once who gave my project of creating a new access to my garden and new toilet to some freshy Indians. The guys were very friendly however they were very unprofessionals. Everything they done is faulty and having some building/ plumbing background myself i had to redo the works myself. The toilet sink wasnt done properly and was leaking, the tiling is not done properly, new tiles have been damaged and chipped at various locations due to lack of care by their labourer. Even my 10 year old son can do better silicon than they have done around the shower tray and sink. Grouting between tiling is missing. The waste pipe going to the drainge is leaking. They are careless and unprofessionals. I felt they just wanted to do a quick job and run off! No attention to details at all! Am i gonna hire them to do my new planned loft conversion? Sorry No!

We did the full flat renovation with Daniel starting from replacing the floors and moving walls to installing new radiators, tiling the bathroom and installing the kitchen, and we are really happy with the final result! Our flat hasn't been touched for the past 40 years, and now it looks like pictures from Pinterest :) Daniel was very helpful and responsive to all our asks; he was always in touch via WhatsApp to discuss progress and share advice on what materials to buy. His team completed the work to a high standard and within a relatively short timeframe, despite the fact that we uncovered some unexpected issues in the flat after the work had started. Daniel and his team used high quality materials, worked with precision and care, and protected the communal areas from dust. They also did a few extras for free such as installing underfloor heating in the bathroom or repairing our fireplace. Already recommended Daniel to our friends and would hire him again in the future.

I found mr. Mark to be a very professional guy. Arrived promptly the next day, had a look at what was required to be done and gave me a quote. The work was done a few days later, as agreed, professionally, done clean cuts within the wall and added a lintle too. It finalised with the pointing over the bricks in the lintle area and left the place spotless once the job was finished. He even reduced, on his own accord, money from the original quote, as the job was done faster than he has anticipated. I will definitely employ him for future works and recommend him whenever i got the chance! Thank you again for your work Mark!
