Steve and his team were simple fantastic. I had a strong vision of what i wanted and with Steve's guidance and expertise we were able to produce the open plan, modern extension that i had always dreamt of. Its a difficult decision choosing a tradesmen but after meeting Steve and talking through the plans i was certain Shore developments were the right team for the job. I have now been living in the new space for a while now and its feels great. I am extremely pleased with the work and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve & shore Deveolpments for any project.

From the very beginning, communication was excellent. He came to visit the site, took the time to discuss the proposed project, and explained the best possible options to suit our needs. Once the drawings were completed, he submitted the planning application to the council on our behalf.
