Our overall experience was a positive one. Riccardo & his Brother Sam worked very hard and did 2 great jobs for us. A bathroom refurbishment and a kitchen refurbishment. When we want any more work done on our property, we would have no hesitation in calling them back in again. Their costings were fair and we didn't feel at any time that they over price anything. They did all that we asked of them and more. They are very happy, friendly and obliging lads, as long as they get a couple of rounds of toast, tea & coffee, and ignore the singing lol. Seriously though if you want a great job doing at a reasonable price go to S & R Construction you wont go wrong. We are over the moon with the work we have had done by them Terri & Dave

Tim has done a great job on our flat. He completely re-fitted a kitchen and shower room to a very high standard. Despite many setbacks and delays caused by the kitchen supplier, he came up with solutions in order to get the job done affording me confidence in his work. Honest and trustworthy, Tim offered suggestions as appropriate, and often went out of his way to complete a task, for example, to receive deliveries after hours. His team were always cheerful and reassuring and cleaned up on completion. The work is of high quality with attention to detail and Tim continues to provide an after service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his team.

Ashley did a fantastic job, I had told him it was a stud wall removal… upon taking down the plasterboard he found breeze blocks! He acted professionally and gave me options. The quote increased understandably, but by a small amount and well worth it for the extra graft he had to put in. He was flexible and polite, explaining everything to me before doing it. He worked very fast and got it all complete in 1.5 days, despite the extra work and to a great standard. The cleaning up was fab, he even mopped all the floors! Can’t recommend enough, thank you.

Note the price was for one window only as this window was the priority. Cosmin Benga responded immediately to my job notice. Site visit a couple of days after (end of week) and job done over 2 days start of next week. Cosmin was good at communicating, pleasantly courteous, gave fixed quote on the site visit. Job was done to a good quality standard, without fuss. No mess in my room. Obvious it was skilled work, good wooden mortice joints, neat firm fittings (hinges, locks, casement fasteners). Frame given undercoat. Did precisely what I asked. He also noted some weakness in the main window frame needs attention. All together an excellent transaction and I would recommend.
