We were thoroughly pleased with Bathroom Renovation, Bahram and the services provided. We required stud walls throughout our apartment, ceiling replacement and ducting/pipework concealing. I can only say that Bahram and his communications have been a breath of fresh air. The team are efficient, friendly and get the job done - most importantly Bahram takes pride in the work his team complete. Our job was relatively urgent and Bahram offered what I feel was a fair price, remained communicative and had his team readily available to get the job completed within the timeframe. Most importantly, as with it seems all building works, jobs can grow slightly, but Bahram’s considered approach and advice was invaluable. We increased the scope of our works mid-job, and are really pleased with the results. Fair pricing, someone who has pride in their work, and a job well done.

Nanad and his team have been wonderful from day one. We have had them with us a number of weeks doing all the jobs they quoted for and more, they are fast efficient and courteous of the fact we lived in for a lot of the work. Everything has been finished to a great standard and we are thrilled with our house which has been completely transformed. We have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so and hopefully have them back in future. This builder is not honest; he didn't do the work to meet his verbal commitment to quality one. He refused to add the electrical work he had done on the invoice, as he did not want to issue an electric safe certificate. He is not a professional, and we argued 2-3 times about not doing the left work, giving unethical reasons. I will not recommend him to anyone.

Found John to be extremely helpful in giving ideas for problems which came up. Would Highly recommend them, they were very happy to come back and sort out a few snags even after full payment was give. When a wall was been taken down a lot of dust and mess was created as you would expect and we came home to the guys mopping the floor to try and tidy everything up! Other positives were how flexible they were with working times such as early/late on weekends and evenings in the week. Can't recommend them enough, great price and it felt like they treated the job as if it was in their home. Will use on our next project for sure.
